Pre-Wedding Prep: Non-Bloating Food

Im planning FOOD for when the girls are getting ready on the wedding day. Can you list a few Non-Bloating food that we can eat? We start our day at 10am & they wont eat till the Reception later in the evening. So inexpensive snacks and beverages are what we are shooting for.

I think the meat and veggie tray is good – personally carbs are always what make me feel bloated.  Meat will give you the needed protein to make it through the day!

I'm still needing ideas too!  I always find eggs filling and non-bloating...maybe that's what I'll have for breakfast.

Yeah, good call!  I was thinking mimosas might be fun, but then again champagne is bubbly!
