Progesterone Levels

I had an appointment with my OBGYN today to find out the results of my day 22 progesterone test. I took Clomid 100mg last month and the levels were undetectable. I took 150mg Clomid this month and my day 22 level was 6.3. She said that it is lower then she would like but it is still possible for an ovulatory cycle. I have to wait now to see whether or not AF decides to visit before starting the next round of provera (if no AF) and 150mg of Clomid.

My question is: Is it possible, being on the same dose of Clomid, that my progesterone levels will increase next cycle? Or will they remain the same?

I am interested to hear the responses as well!  I am being bumped up to 100 mg for my next cycle of Clomid.

I am not on Clomid but I know a couple of people that are and my understanding is that yes, you can have an increased level even on the same dose. I would guess it might be because the meds build up in your system?
Hopefully, someone else can answer for sure...

I did two rounds of Clomid and my progesterone levels did go up. But they didn't go up high enough, so my RE moved me onto Femara. Good luck!
