"Think healthy, high protein, and low fat when you’re selecting foods to eat before your wedding day."

So...a big piece of boiled chicken breast? ;)

I don't know what that first picture is, but it looks delicious!  Better stock up on that before the wedding. Hehe.

They should pair this article with 5 things to eat drink before the wedding. like mimosas ;), drink water, eat lean protein, remember to eat to avoid feeling faint, etc.

I think this is a really great article, especially for brides that are not already eating a healthy diet.  My wedding is in March and I started working out more in September and then changing my diet in October.  I started a strict diet in Novemebr and I feel 100% better!  Focusing on leaving a healthy lifestyle for my wedding and married life also has lead me to a new part-time job.  I started teaching spin and bootcamp classes this January!  Changing my eating habits and increasing my workouts have helped me to feel happier and less stressed!

Don't forget! Avoid salty foods too! I spoke to a bride who said she ate chips and salsa the day before her wedding and it made her extremely bloated and puffy! No salts :]

Agreed with Yelles, Salt is killer! It won't help with make up on the next day!
