natalie - push ups.  They work pretty much everything in your arm and even your abs.  Start with a few and increase by a couple everytime.  You will def start to see a difference.

I think you don't really have to skip anything. You just have to eat everything in moderation, well balanced, lots of veggies. You need protein, fats and carbs to lose weight. Well this is if you want to keep it off after the wedding too :)

@The_Future_Mrs: I have the same problem as you, skinny shoulders and a big butt! I do a boat load of lunges, as well as Pilates for my legs, it works wonders! Good Luck!
