I know that this article is very important and useful especially for someone like me cause I have been running myself crazy our big day is this Saturday the 19 of June 2010 and I have been going crazy with finalizing all the plans that need to be done thank God my fiance is so grounded. Also, definently EAT BREAKFAST! I think a lot of girls try to last minute crash diet and skip breakfast to feel "lighter" or "skinnier," but they are just depriving their body of energy for the day. Breakfast is the most important meal, so on such an important day, it becomes even more important to have a healthy breakfast.

i have 4 days to go and we are also expecting (currently 19 weeks). double anxiety and morning sickness have me going crazy. With all the excitement, I haven't had much time to relax! i'll take this article to heart and bust out those last minute to dos!

The one thing I'm most worried about is sleeping...or lack thereof. I know I won't sleep one wink that night before! I didn't even sleep one wink when I was my best friend's MOH!!! So, I'm definitely not going to sleep being the bride! UGH!


So, how am I supposed to get ready all day, look and feel beautiful, not get a headache (from not sleeping) and not have circles under my eyes from not sleeping?!?! I am freaking out about this!!! :( Any advice ladies!!!
