Question regarding Vendors (Meal, cake, tables)...??
Ok, so I was looking over the guest list making sure that we are still hitting the mark of approx. 100 people. Then I started to think about the Vendors, I know that we will be purchasing meals for the photog, video guy, musicians, and dj. But the part where I get confused is, do we have to also include them in the cake fee (our venue has a cake packages that includes the cake and the cutting fee) we have to let them know how many people (do we included the vendors??) And also where are you seating your vendors to eat?? Are you keeping a table reserved for vendors (because if we do, I would have to order another centerpiece and chair covers)? I know that my DJ says he doesn't feel comfortable seating and eating at a table since he is working (so he said if there is a little break he will eat in the area where his equipment is set up? HELP!!
