What is the deal with this? I have heard that it can help you lose weight.
Anyone on here ever tried this?
Do you get good results?
I have tried everything that has been on the market from phen-phen to ally to weightwatchers and Jenny Craig as well as joining gyms. EVERYTHING will work if you eat right!
Honestly, The best and safest way to lose weight is to eat healthy.
This is the diet I am currently on. . .
No fats unless they occur in the meat, fish, fruits and veggies naturally
Use avacado instead of butter
Eat a sweet potato instead of white potatoes
No carbohydrates except for WHOLE GRAIN and no more that one slice of bread or 1 serving of a whole grain muffin
Lots of fruits and veggies - you can eat cucumber, onion celery until the cows come home.
Add spice seasoning with out salt to as much as you can. It makes you feel full and stay full sooner and longer
Eat slowly - Drink lots of water/caffine Free tea - Stay away from ALL soda except Seltzer water you can have as much of that as you like.
Doing this should knock 1 to 2 lbs off a week
If you exercise you will lose more fat and gain muscle so do not gfo by body weght but by your measurements.
I have not heard of it before.
haven't heard of it either
It was on Dr OZ a while ago. Just like the Acai berry. People wil swear by it for health etc, but in reality what is if you change one smal thing it becomes that much easier to change other small things. . .
So does it work or is it the placebo effect. Personally I don't think it matters which it is because in the end being healthy does matter!
I just looked in to it now through some medical research databases and there is no clinical studies showing a positive effect in humans. Also, from what I read, it is incredibally expensive to actually get raspberry ketones so they are chemically manufactured which to me is a big no thank you!
I am currently doing a 21 day challenge where there is no wheat, no dairy, no processed sugars and I have dropped 6 lbs so far and put on a lot of lean muscle mass. I also have a pretty strict workout routine. I have noticed an insane energy increase, no more stomach aches, and I just all around feel amazing!
My trainer suggested following this 6 days/week after the 21 day challenge and then having Sunday as an indulgence day. She said that's what she does and if I can look like her I am all for it!
