i totally need some tips please!!!

ok so i'm trying to tone my bis and tris---
i have sciatica so i cant do anything too strenuous on my back - totally sucks)


i do 50 push ujps daily - not all at once
and i do the tri-dip

what else can i do to get the jiggle to not keep moving after i stop waving at people???

also - i went to play it again sports and bought some resistance bands... any advice is super duper appreciated...
