Reminder: Time Change & Temping

Thank goodness I stumbled across the TCOYF page the other night on how to adjust your temping times for time changes.  They had specific instructions on spring ahead and fall back.  Otherwise I wouldn't have known to be intentional about adjusting to it.

I'll check at home this afternoon and post it for those of you who don't have the book.  Stay tuned!  If I recall correctly it's just a few small tweaks for a couple days to your temp time, then you're able to resume your "regular" time.

I have the 10th Anniversary revised edition. On page 80 it says for spring ahead if you normally wake & temp at 6am start a few days before:
Fri 6am standard time
Sat 5:40am standard time
Sun 6:20am daylight savings time
Mon 6am daylight savings time

I just temped at my regular time last Fall when we "fell back" and it was fine. No noticeable difference in my chart.
