Hi ladies! Below are some pretty awesome DOC specials I am offering to all PW Brides.


 


2010 BRIDES: If you book me I will take off $200 off the top of my regular rate which is normally $700. $500 will be your price!


2011 BRIDES: If you book with me before 12/1/10 I will take off $100 off the top of my $700 rate. $600 will be your price. 


ADDED BONUS: All contracted brides will be offered 20 uplights (color of your choice) for an extra $150.

 Services Provided 



  • Initial consultation to explain the planning & coordination process

  • Unlimited phone & email communication from date of contract

  • Advice on how to personalize your wedding and how to stay within your budget

  • Two weeks prior to the ceremony, all vendors listed on the contract will be contacted to verify details of their services.

  • Preview wedding ceremony and reception site.

  • Create a detailed “Day Of” Time-line

  • Provide bridal emergency kit

  • Attend rehearsal (if applicable, depending on day of week)

  • Create a detailed wedding checklist

INCLUDED IN MY DAY OF COORDINATION DUTIES ARE AS FOLLOWS: 


Ceremony



  • Make sure the set-up and décor are up to bride and groom’s specifications.

  • Organize and instruct processional-line up and space wedding party on aisle accordingly.

  • Instruct ushers on greeting guests and escorting procedures.

  • Distribute and pin on flowers to all wedding parties and extended family.

  • Gather up all items, pew bows and other décor used in the ceremony. Assist packing items for assigned person who will be delivering to designated location.


Reception



  • Make sure the set-up and décor are up to bride and groom’s specifications.

  • Assist with guest management, providing direction to guest regarding reserved, assigned and open seating.

  • Verify that all favors, centerpieces, place cards receive proper placement and that all candles are lit, ect.

  • Serve as the point of contact for every vendor.

  • Disbursement of all final vendor balances and tips.

  • Confirm set-up of Guest book, gift table, cake table, and small rental equipment.

  • Overall supervision of reception events, such as showing couples how to cut the cake, throw the garter/bouquet and ease couple into dancing so that each event flows smoothly. The coordinator will adhere to the schedule as time permits and alert couple of upcoming events so that the couple may relax and enjoy the wedding.

  • Pack gifts and personal items to be delivered or given to desired person
