Should DIY menu cards include vegetarian course?
We're thinking of creating our own menu cards for the seated dinner. Maybe 1 or 2 per table. Our venue only prints menus out if we had ordered a duet plate with 2 entrees on 1 plate. We're giving our guests a choice of either filet mignon, sea bass, or vegetarian. Is it necessary to include the vegetarian menu on the menu card knowing that there will be very few people choosing it? I think most of the ones I've seen have only included the two main entrees.
