I have really bad adult pattern acne. I miss the teenager days when my skin was beautiful and clear!

For skin regimen, I am seeing a cosmetic dermatologist. She gave me a some pills and creams. I'm also getting chemical peels and facials once a month.

haha jadegirl, that's what my dad does! Except I think he uses Dial because it's cheaper than Zest.

I also use DDF and highly recommend dermalogica moisturizer. My FSIL (future sister in law) gave me a bottle of dermalogica moisturizer for christmas and it's great!

For about 9 months before my wedding, I had a very strict skin regimen so I would look pretty for the big day. I have pretty oily skin.

In the morning, I used a 3 step cleansing package from Neutrogena: wash, clean, and moisturize. During the day, I carried around anti-bacterial facial wipes to clean my face while I'm at work and running errands. At night, I do a 3 step clean like in the morning, but I also used a DIY microdermabrasion kit and I also took pills I got from my dermatologist.

It was a lot of work. I probably spent about 1/2 hour on my skin every day. But my skin looked 10 times better than when I started. I still continue to carry around facial wipes with me as I just like the clean, fresh feeling afterwards.

i use my clarisonic and a face wash with salicylic acid from my dermatologist  in the mornings - it's fragrance free cleanser, etc. because i have really sensitive skin.

then i use cetaphil moisturizer with spf 15.

at night i use st. ive's apricot scrub exfoliating cleanser with salicylic acid to get rid of the dead skin cells and then i wash face again right after that with my morning cleanser and leave it on my face while i condition my hair.

at night i use clarin's younger longer balm.

this system works wonders for me :)

I use Time Defiance microdermabrasion system on my skin now, along with a supplement called Clear.now (pill).  The microderm system is awesome!!  Baby butt soft skin afterwards, and a nice healthy glow.  It's an exfoliant gel with a cleansing cloth, and skin refinishing lotion.  My new best friend!

I was using dove soap on my face and found out its not good for skin pH level so now Im using Burts Bees cleanser and Bobbi Brown moiturizer. I had really bad adult acne a year ago and birth control took care of it, my skin cleared up after a month of being on the pills. Keeping my skin clean and plenty of sleep and h2o also helps.

I've been getting a facial once every two months. I use Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser, exfoliate with St. Ives Apricot Scrub once every other day, and moisturize with Murad Skin Perfecting Lotion.

I have very pale skin so you can see every blemish and scar :( but I use St. Ives Apricot scrub for sensitive skin or blemish control (when I feel a break out comming on) every evening then I follow up with Body Shop's Seaweed toner (LOVE THIS) and then put on a thin layer of acne cream in my trouble spots (T-zone) to prevent breakouts and then I use Night of Olay firming cream.

MOST IMPORTANTLY USE SUNBLOCK!! I have lupus so I use it religiously.  I recommend Neutrogena's UVA/UVB sunblock in SPF 70.

I also don't use much makeup but when I do I don't use liquid foundation, i just use Bare Essentuals and it gets the job done :)

I never looked after my skin but had a Birthday ending in '0' 15 months ago and decided nature couldn't continue being good to me!! So I am now in love with LIZ EARLE the cleanse and polish is amazing as are the rest of her products, I would highly recommend if you get a chance to try.  uk.lizearle.com

I use a scrub in the morining, then light cleanser in the evening.  I have normal/oily skin, so at night I put on DDF benzoyl peroxide treatment on my bad spots (forehead).  Then I use a night time tea tree moisturizer.

I have pretty good skin but it  can get quite  dry . So I just found a good cleanser and a good moisturiser for day and night.

I have been fortunately blessed with some pretty good skin, outside of occassional dryness I haven't had many issues with break outs (fingers crossed) however, a friend of mine introduced me to all natural african black soap. It is completely natural and since I started using it 7 or 8 months ago, the results have been amazing!! I use twice a day and I also use Aveeno Gentle cleansing scrub. I do have very sensitive skin so my choices are limited of what products I can use. So far so good. I also plan on resuming my facials once a month too!

I have been fortunately photo 1020185-1Here is a pic of the soap/cleanser that I use for my face. Although it looks strange, it has done wonders for my skin!!
