@KC: OMG! That all looks sooo good!  I wish we could have pics of what our food is suppose to look like, but due to a snafu with the original catering company we won't even be able to taste our food beforehand.  So I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping for the best. 


Oh and for our cocktail hour we are serving the following passed appetizers:



Tuna sashimi with balsamic reduction on marinated jicama


Hearts of palm and cilantro salad on plantain chips

@Lalubell- that filet mignon sounds devine!  Anything wrapped in bacon can't be bad!  haha!

A spin-off to the world famous original created in New York at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in 1896. Romaine Greens and Walnuts, tossed with Oil and Vinegar and a splash of lemon.

Stuffed Capon with Raspberry Sauce
Boneless breast of Capon filled with a vegetable and herb stuffing and placed on a painted plate of raspberry sauce

Here's what was on the Menus =) More details from our tasting here!


Sourdough Bread with Olive Tapenade  Absolutely delicious!!! LOVE their Tapenade =) A great start to an amazing meal =)  As a surprise we also had Chilean Bread "Pan Amasado".  My Mom tripped when she saw it =)

Panzanella  Marinated Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Olives, Red Onions, Fresh Burrata with Rustic Croutons in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Fresh Basil, & White Balsamic Vinegar


This salad was awesome & soooooo pretty!  It was like a fuschia explosion on the plate!  The pix def do not do it justice =)  I wasn't crazy about the Burrata Cheese...but then again I'm not a big cheese person.  Other than that it was AMAZING!!! =)

Pollo Arrosto  Free Range Chicken Slow Roasted in our Wood Fire Oven with Herbs de Provence served with Sautéed Baby Spinach, Fingerling Potatoes & Natural Jus

& last but certainly not least....my absolute favorite!!! =)



Primo Steak and Frites  Grilled 10 Ounce Prime Filet of Beef served with Rosemary Garlic Fries & a Wholegrain Mustard & Roasted Garlic Aioli



OMG it was sooooooooooooooooo ridiculously good.  The filet melted in your mouth!!!  The Rosemary Garlic Fries were to die for...simply amazing!!!!!  We had the chef flare the fries out on the plate next to filet instead of in a glass.  It was looking a lil too casual for our taste in the glass. Oh & they swapped out the Wholegrain Mustard & Roasted Garlic Aioli with Port Reduction Sauce...yum yum!!!!

We also had the following tray passed hors d'eouvres as well.  Everything was DELICIOUS =) 



Arancini Bolognese  Crispy Arborio Rice Balls prepared with our Homemade Bolognese and Fresh Mozzarella with Arrabiata



Traditional Bruschetta  Marinated Vine Ripened Tomatoes over a Toasted Crostini



Pan Plano Mediterraneo & Assorted Pizzas Our Thin Flat Bread, Baked in our Wood Burning Oven, Topped with Marinated Tomatoes, Olives, Caper Berries, Pesto, Ricotta Cheese & Arugula, Marguerita Pizzas, etc.



Crab Frittella  Lump Crab Cakes with a Warm Bean Salad & Salsa Mostaza
