TYPE: Speaking OF wrinkled tablecloths....


 


I'm probably not having a DOC, can I assign a friend to iron them out? WIll a regular old house iron work??

Maybe? Depending how they are folded/ packed is the main question. Ask your linen vendor about this.  You could have an iron ready just in case- but depending on how much your table is covered and what color they are also helps!

This is a pain when using real tablecloths, but an easy way to get out wrinkles and keep them out is to put them in a dryer on a low setting. To keep them from re-wrinkling in transit, Roll them up instead of folding them. This will keep any new wrinkles from forming.

or just get them the day before the wedding and if they are wrinkled take them to a drycleaner. They can get them looking lovely. Be sure to call your linen person and "just check to make sure they are delivered ironed" that way, if they aren't you can totally give them crap and get some money back.
