As a spinoff to this awesome article, Match Your Jewelry To Your Bridal Style, I thought we could each share pics of the jewelry that we either wore for our weddings or show us your inspiration or jewlery that you will be wearing for your wedding.

The inspiration for my dress was definitely the Edwardian period (Jane Austen's time)--puffy cap sleeves, empire waist, and flowy bottom.  I knew that I wanted a headband instead of a tiara or veil, and I found a beautiful one on etsy, which gave me the inspiration for my jewelry.  I opted for ivory pearls as the focal point, and after three choices, I narrowed it down to one necklace and then chose some simple pearl drop earrings to finish the look.

I'm typically basic in my jewelry so I stayed within that.

Earrings were a birthday gift from MOH and I found the necklace to match on Ideeli. The headpiece I borrow from my cousin and I wore a simple Cape Cod bracelet that I got on a different birthday from a different friend.

Deciding on jewelry was definitely really hard for me because I typically don't wear a lot and I didn't really have a look or style that I was aiming for.

I ended up falling in love with a headband on Etsy, and then falling in love with a bracelet from Etsy (I spent waaay too much time on Etsy when I was planning!) and luckily they went pretty well together. Then I found a nice, cheap pair of earrings that matched! (Also on Etsy) The morning I was getting ready I decided last-minute to try on a few necklaces that my mom had brought with her just in case because I never could make up my mind if I wanted a necklace or not so I just never bought one...the consensus was that I should wear it once I put the little old-fashioned piece on that my mom had found in an antique store and bought on a whim!
