Started a new job now I'm too busy to work out Help!

So I was doing really good, eating salads for lunch, cooking healthy dinners and getting to the gym at lest 4 days a week. I lost 10lbs and was able to order 1 size down in my wedding dress. Then... I started a new job and started grad school, now I'm exhausted. My dress has be discontinued so I am terrified I am not going to fit into it with the holidays coming up and everything. Any suggestions for loosing weight with virtually no time?

i'm there with you... i was doing so well, and then the fall semester started. now i'm in class all day on two days out of the week and teaching the rest of the week. my days start at 5:30am, i'm totally exhausted in the evenings, and i'm usually studying all weekend. it's tough! i've been to the gym only once in the past two weeks!


i have no great advice because i'm at a loss too, but i have been at least trying to stick with healthy eating and portion control. DH is determined to lose some weight too, so i'm going to start leaving the meal planning up to him. planning meals ahead of time is key so that we don't end up eating out or getting take out.


as for exercising, dvds at home are always an option, but i haven't been able to motivate myself to do them lately. when i get home, i just want to take a nap! and then i have to study or plan lessons... what i might do is start taking long walks after work and continue to try and make it to the gym at least on saturdays and sundays...
