Started a new job now I'm too busy to work out Help!
So I was doing really good, eating salads for lunch, cooking healthy dinners and getting to the gym at lest 4 days a week. I lost 10lbs and was able to order 1 size down in my wedding dress. Then... I started a new job and started grad school, now I'm exhausted. My dress has be discontinued so I am terrified I am not going to fit into it with the holidays coming up and everything. Any suggestions for loosing weight with virtually no time?
