Store going out of business - 50% off!

Hi,

I found this forum really helpful and wanted to contribute to it. I found a store in Palos Verdes that's going out of business this weekend and having a major sale on everything.
I found my Casablanca dress for only $400. I also got my shoes, veil and tiara there.
Check it out:

The store is:
Palos Verdes Bridal
30 Peninsula Center
Rolling Hills Estates, CA

Happy shopping!

I got my dress from PV Bridal too! The girls there are really nice and helpful. The original Demetrios price on the tag was $1,600....the PV price was $1,200, but after the "going-out-f-business" sale, it was only $600! Worth the drive.

Awww, that's where I bought my wedding dress! That sucks it's going out of business =(. Out of the 10 bridal shops I went to, their staff was the nicest and most helpful. They let me stay as long as I wanted and my consultant even strapped me in and out of my gown 4 times before I finally decided it was the one I wanted =)

When I told them the dress was out of my budget, they asked me what I was willing to pay and they knocked off $400 to get it down to a price I could afford.

It's a shame.

Good luck dress shopping!

Do you know if they carry Watters and Watters dress? i'm looking for this dress from them...but I just saw it in the latest instyle weddings magazine, so maybe they won't have new styles since they are going out of business? or will they?

They had a couple watters and watters dresses, but none of the alencon lace ones. Of course that was in October...not too sure what they'd have now.

I bought my dress from them earlier this month. It is an Essence of Australia gown, sample size 8, in excellent condition with a veil all for $600. The dress was origionally $1500.

They even gave me a copy of the "Here Comes the Guide" book for free. When I was there a few weeks ago, they had many dresses left (I tried on about 10) in sizes 8-12. The staff was very helpful. It is worth the trip.
