Stress free tip of the week - Feb 6
During the day, whenever you remember, notice and tension in your body (jaw, neck, diaphram, shoulders, etc.). Breath deeply and gently stretch and relax any tense areas.
Ah While reading this I took a moment to reflect on tense areas in my body. I have a killer headache and I noticed I'm clenching my jaw. Not good! Take a moment and listen to your body, consciously relax tense areas and remember to come back to that part of your body a few times throughout the day. You'll be surprised how much tension can build up in specific places. Have FI massage it out for some special, intimate stress free togetherness. Then offer to help him!
