Stuffed Shells

i made these yesterday..or technically, Monday nite!  it worked really well, as a "make ahead"....just put it together, except for the parmesan for the top, and refrigerate!  i also made the sauce meatless....and you could also just do a jar sauce if pressed for time!

my friends had wine!  we also had a salad, and a dessert...the 3 of us get together and each person brings something so that we have salad/appy, entree, and dessert!  and i brought bread too! :)  we already have the next one planned out!

Wow jackie this looks amazing!! I'm gonna have to try this this week. I'll use turkey instead of the beef though:)

also, this recipe makes a TON!  it made more than 1 pan....i did a glass 9x13, and then filled another smaller one as well!

Made this again tonite, but with my hubby's homemade meat sauce...we had some frozen, so I thawed it earlier today....so good!!

FYI...made half recipe this time....used approx 17 shells...and we still have plenty leftover!

Ooohhh...thanks for the recipe!!  I'm going to make this for Easter as another entree besides the ham.  DH's family is Italian and I'm always looking for an easy pasta dish!
