So with TTC Cylcle#2 being a bust - I wanted some opinions on what I can do next month to help :)
This month I only had a 10 day LP, and last month I had a 13 day LP... I was researching and wondering if I should start taking the following:
Vitamin B6 - supposed to help lengthen the LP
Angus Castus (or vitex) - also supposed to help regulate cycle and lengthen LP
EPO (evening primrose oil) - also supposed to help regulate your cycle, and can also help with your periods (I have really bad, heavy periods as well)
What do you ladies think?? I don't want to overdo it... so I am thinking about just trying the B6 next cycle and go from there.....and I don't know too much about them either.
