Hey ladies. Today i did amazing with food and i got fantastic news via fitness.
Breakfast: 2 egg whites, 1 egg, roasted red potatoes
Lunch: Carrots, chicken Breast, Apple, raspberries
Snack: Mini hand made wrap pizza
Dinner: Turkey Burger (no Bun just ketchup and relish)
The FITNESS NEW: I got hired to teach turbo kick today!!! I can't wait to teach. I never would have thought that 11 months ago when i began my weight loss journey i would be teaching a class!!!
