That time of month and weight loss...........

Have any of you ladies noticed that you have a harder time loseing weight around that time of the month? I have been super bloated lately and I am pritty sure its is going to start any day now. I have been working out every morning and some nights and drinking water like a crazy person!! But I havent lost anything!! I know that the number doesnt meen much because muscle weights more then fat but I dont think I am gaining muscle yet and I havent lost any inches.


So I was just wondering if it is harder around that time of the month or if I am doing something wrong

I think just mentally its harder that time of the month. Did you already have your dress fitting or is it coming up soon? I remember you posting about that a couple days ago...don't stress too much-that's what will make it harder to lose weight! PM me if you need someone who works with this for a living ;) Good luck! Be patient (harder said than done, I know. sorry)

I agree with Uhlease, mentally that time of month is killer... whether it's losing weight or just getting motivated to go to work. At least for me. So maybe it's partially that? I get super bloated sometimes as well, so I'd just relax (if you can!) and let nature take its course, then see if you're not back on track :)

I don't have issues with my cycle and weight loss, but I would suggest making sure you are drinking plenty of water like the others have said and try switching what you eat during that time like Salt intake and remove extra carbs.


I lost more during my cycle then I did the week before because I removed salt and carbs.
