The things that make you feel better.....

I have been having terrible morning sickness, actually I call it "I'm going to die all day long sickness."  My body is obviously growing and changing with this whole pregnancy and for the first time in my life I actually have boobs.  I text DH today and said "For the first time in my life when I walk my boobs move."  His response, "awesome." haha  I have no idea why I found it so funny but it cracked me up.

Ugh... I have yet to get that perk :-/. I am almost 31 weeks, and still no increase in boob size. I mean I am a very, very small person (ridicilously short lol) and my boobs look proportional on my body ( 34 B), but I was still hoping for a little size increase. I guess that is still to come. How many weeks were you when that happened? I also never got any soreness or tenderness.

I'm only 8 weeks haha.  But I'm barely an A cup so even the smallest amount of growth is noticed.

Aunt Tate...I'm the same!  I have no BBs, and now they look bigger!  Woo hoo!  I guess we notice more staring from something smaller ;)

Yeah and when I can technically buy bras from the pret-teen section, you bet I can tell they're bigger! lol

Yeah all my bras fit the same. I am a bit scared that it will happen really suddenly ( as in my boobs growing) and that I will get severe strech marks :( I would have rather have them increase slowly than suddenly. The weird thing about it all, is that I already started leaking that clear stuff (colostrum or something like that) like at 18 weeks, but it has not changed the size at all. Is that normal?

Hmmm.........I'm not sure about that.  I've never heard of anyone leaking prior to having a baby.

Ha, Ha, Ha! Men are funny and I would have been dying laughing as well. I am normally a B cup and now a full D cup at 25 weeks. My hubby tells me, "I see why your brest hurt, they are HUGE and HEAVY!" It just tickled me and we both laughed.

During my first pregnancy, 11 years ago, I did not increase much in breast size and the little growth I had disappeared right after I gave birth. Hoping they stay this time since they are so much bigger :)

Olga: Yes, leaking prior to birth is absolutely normal.  Many women have this so you may want to invest in breast pads.  I am not leaking a lot but some very little colostrum that drys up very quickly so it looks like dry skin. I spoke with my nurse at my last appt which confirmed it for me.

I knew that the leaking is normal, but I figured that the breast size would increase for that to happen. Not for me I guess. I am actually pretty terrifed of the moment the milk comes in lol... I heard it is painful since it happens so suddenly. Oh well I will get over it. Breastfeeding is definitely something I want to do :)

Gatewood2be did you breastfeed your first baby? If so, was your milk supply good even though you did not have a big size increase?
Hope it is ok to ask :) I am very new at this hehe...
