They won't send pictures?!
I emailed Dressilyme yesterday asking them few questions about the dress I'm interested in (WWD00AWQ) and I also kindly asked them if I could see pictures of it before it's being shipped.
Coco replied me this:
"We are sorry that we could not offer the photos for the finished dress before shipment during this business. Now, our labor force is really very limited. Please kindly forgive. We could make sure of the quality and handwork of the dress is best in the same price. Our dressmakers are all professional and experienced. Please kindly feel free to order from us."
I replied back saying I understand their labor force is limited but that I am in no rush as I'm getting married only next year (September 2013) and I really would like to have pictures before they send it to me.
If they insist on not being able to send me pictures, should I still order? I know my dress isn't expensive (actually I want to order it now as it's 30% off!) but I'm on a budget and I don't want to have a dress that is messed up.
If I order it and they don't send pictures and it's nothing like I asked, I know I can open a dispute with Paypal... Has anyone here had that kind of experience? How did that go?
