Time is running out!

My wedding is in may its hitting february and im still not at my goal. More  than anyhting i want to flatten my stomach but i dont know what exercises to do. Any suggestions would really be helpfull 127 days left!! I got my dress a size 12 and though its very flattering i can still see my tummy. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

try limiting you calorie intake. do you have an android or iphone? download the nike app. you can also go on a detox to eliminate the toxics taht are prob causing alot of bloating. DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!!! trust me this works!! try also warm water with lemon...  hope that helps!
