Timeline without a DJ or a MC

Hi everyone:

My wedding is April 7, 2013 but the site would t let advance through months or I'm too exhausted to figure it out.

We are having a small wedding at Timberline in Oregon and we've run into a small issue.

When trying to create our wedding timeline for the reception (first dance, cake cutting, etc.) we have no idea how to do this since we will not have a DJ (using our iPad) or an MC.

To make this extra interesting, we do not have a bridal party. So we can't grab someone like a groomsmen or bridesmaid to perform the task. We don't want to impose on a guest and have them stress about it or ruin their own time as a guest.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Use a song as a cue that it is time to move to the next step. Like a Warning song within your play list.

Each song has a time so you can figure out things to within 3 minutes I would think.

You may even want 2 warning songs and then the song for the event.

You could also record your voice as an MPE and announce the next section with a very long pause etc.

Goldwave is one program it is not free.
