Tipping Vendors

1.  How are you all tipping your vendors by a % or $ amount?

2.  If you have a videographer / photographer are you tipping after you get your video/pics back or right after the reception?

3. My videographer and photographer own their own bus and their significant other/wife are the assistants.  How would you go about tipping these type of vendors?
