Today's WorkOut!

I'm pretty excited on the inside that I'm into the double digits!! 96 days!! I didn't do a post, but I'm excited!! LOL.


I thought I would post a work out for anybody interested :) This is what I did today. I did it with a friend, but it actually wouldn't be so bad with some good music instead!



  • Run 1/2 miles


Complete ten rounds of:



  1. 5 pull-ups

  2. 10 push-ups

  3. 15 squats


When you've finished 10 rounds,



  • Run or walk another 1/2 mile


 


Enjoy! Work Hard!

Great workout missyhett, strength training targeting lower and upper body w/ some cardio, way to go! I missed my spinning class earlier, I bruised myself badly bike riding this past Sunday. I'm missing my workouts. :-(

Just to clarify - when you say ten rounds of....do you mean 50 pull ups, 100 pushups and 150 squats?????

Great idea!!!! I am going running when I get home (it's my off week in Bootcamp) I may replace the pull up with Burpees.... :)

Saving this workout! and Yay for double-digits, I was told it goes by fast when I hit my 99 day mark and it really does. Now I am at 53!!!! Lol!

@GerriStephen, thats not me, it's uhlease, ive been doing my excercise( in front of tv, the insanity) but ill try what Uhlease suggest.
