Tuesday's Work Out!

If you're not sure what to do today for a work out....here you go!


Start with a 5 minute warm up of your choice!



  • run .25 mile (1 lap)

  • 10 pushups, 20 spidermans, 30 ball passes, 40 dips, 50 squats

  • REPEAT 4 times :D

notice her lower back photo 3431686-1<--notice her lower back is completely flat the whole time. Focus on that.


notice her lower back photo 3431686-2 <--dips, knees bent for easier, legs straight for harder. Point elbows back like she is doing, and not outward (which feels more normal).


notice her lower back photo 3431686-3<--squats, keep knees behind toes like she is doing. Heels should stay grounded, but toes are free to wiggle. Butt comes back, and bend at the hips, keeping spine straight.

what part of the body does the spiderman work out?

Spiderman gets the obliques by "crunching" in that side motion. By keeping the spine straight and abs tight, you are also getting erector spinae muscles in the back along the spine. Quick answer though is mainly abs!! If you go into the pushup like the picture shows, that also works arms and chest.
