uneven wedding party

lol, I wouldn't have them walk together, unless you want everyone to get a good laugh, and they are down for it! lol. That would be funny!

I was in a wedding party where there were more girls than guys and the bride had one guy walk with two girls. What about having your MOH walk with both best men (lucky girl!) and then each of the remaining girls get one guy each? And the ring bearer will be a lucky little guy with TWO flower girls! :)

i'm not matching anyone up at all; all the guys will walk down in a line and all the girls in a line. what's the point, all my GM and BM have non-wedding-party dates anyway...it's not like any of them are actually together.

Ours will be like catandmark's. The pastor and men will all be standing at the front and the women will walk by themselves up to the front.

i have 4 bridesmaids and my fiance has 5 groomsmen (plus MOH and BM). Luckily one of the groomsmen is his bro and two of the bridesmaids are my sisters so we're gonna have one sister on each side of his bro walk down the isle together. whew!

Yeah, I have 1 MOH and 1 BM he has 1 BM and 2 grooms men. There's a flower girl and get this 2 ring bearers. I am all over the place. He had a fit that they do not match up, but it works for me. I figure we will figure it out at the rehersal.

I have the same issue-I have 4 BM's and he has 6 GM's and a jr groomsman.
I think we can figure out the aisle walking, but my question is...what about the head table? We've ruled out a sweetheart table as well as having the GM's and BM sit with their dates/other guests cause FI really wants a head table (one of the few things he's insisting on so of course i give).

MissQ--We're doing family (our parents, siblings/spouses) at the head table, and having the bridal party sit with their SOs. Is that an option?

I agree that your MOH should walk with the two best men, I also suggest that the last guy and the jr. GM walk the flower girls down the aisle if you want everyone to walk together. He can hold her hand instead of walking arm in arm (a little impossible anyway depending on her height)

I have been struggling with this as well since I have no flower girl (most likely - as she is 1 1/2 and I am totally okay if she doesn't make it down the aisle). I also have four GM and two bridesmen. There are three BM on my side as well. Since that makes a total of 6 guys and three girls, I think every girl will have two guys, but I am not positive. Since the guys are coming from both sides, it is somewhat awkward to have them pair up anyway.

Yah, my friend had her last GM walk with two girls on each side- it was cute, especially when they were introduced at the wedding. Uneven wedding parties are very common now a days- so you will be fine!

There's a pic in SanJoseBride06's knot bio of one of her BMs with two GMs (check out the big grin on her face!):
