Vegas Bachelorette Parties

My bach party is months away but my bms want to get a head start and plan it late this year. Anyone had their bach party in vegas? If so, did you score great deals on your hotel, dining, clubs, drinks, etc? What's the best hotel to stay at and how much does each girl need to spend for the weekend? I kind of feel embarrassed for asking each girl to spend a certain amount of $$$. I know how pricey vegas can get.

Our plan is to just spend a two day weekend in Sin City. I hope it can happen!

What I've done before is go on ebay and search for vegas club passes.  I think we got VIP passes for a few bucks each that allow you to skip the line and get in free.  Rather than pay upwards of $20/person.  Just be sure the seller is reputable because some of them can be fakes and you don't find out until you're at the door of the club!

The Palms is always a great place...though it's off the strip.  I've heard great things about theHotel too...  You can keep costs down by putting more people in each room if you don't mind the crowded quarters! :)

i've been to a couple vegas bachelorette parties and they never fail to provide tons of fun! I would highly recommend getting a big suite somewhere and having like a slumber party with the girls. Maybe even bring sleeping bags and take turns on the beds. That's save us lots of money. We've stayed at the Venetian and Hilton Las Vegas (very nice but a little aways from teh strip but a quick 2 minute cab ride away..it was very convenient because we didnt have to be stuck in traffic when cabbing it somewhere. The cab driver would take the back route since he was picking us up away from the strip). Also, make reservations for dinner at cool resataurants like Tao or STK at least a month in advance. I have a contact for a club dude who knows lots of bouncers and gets you in the doors. He's really cool but you just have to pay like $10 a girl if you have a group of 10. You give him the money and he gets you in the door. Thats not bad considering the entrance to a lot of clubs are $30 and up. He's gotten us into Body English at the Hard Rock easily and breezily. (He tips the bouncers for us and the velvet ropes open up..we feel VIP. hehe). Anyways, PM me if you want his contact.

Also, if you're into it, go to Thunder Down Under. Thats a classic bachelorette party stop but it can cost like $50.

Oh yeah, the Palms is awesome but the suites are not affordable even if you pile in the girls.

Also, during the day you guys can just go outlet shopping or lounge by the pools. Also check out Rehab at the Palms. Its a daytime club.

And you should also check out Pure nightclub in Cesars. Ive always spotted celebs there. But google the phone number for Cesar's hotel and call them and ask for the phone number for Pure. Call that number and say you'd like to reserve admitance for you and your friends. Ask about the cost and how you can skip the line. Surprisingly, they are nice and tell you the best way to do taht.

omg! Olympic Gardens ! We went once for a Bachelorette party, paid, sat down, got back up, and walked right out. It was a total buzz kill! Too many women were "too into it" if you know what i mean.. They weren't "Wild and fun" they were more like trucker women dreaming about really getting with the guy. I can't really explain it. We were looking for more "Wooo she's getting married, lets get her a silly lap dance and take shots together.."

Oh and you have to walk by the naked girl section to get to the male stripper section upstairs. Men are so gross with strippers. Staring at them like they've never seen a naked woman. It was PACKED.

hopefully its changed!

ok sorry off topic!

have fun futuremrsb in whatever you do! i can't wait for mine, we're doing vegas also :)

I went to one last summer- we stayed at Treasure Island, went to Chippendale's, that club Rain at the Palms? We didn't do much pool action- although we kinda wanted too.  Her sister/ MOH was a young control freak so we had a strict itinerary haha

All I know is they booked everything in advance so they knew what each person had to pay in advance- although I spent way more hahah

I personally like Mandalay Bay for hotel...

- HMM :)

If you want to save on hotel costs, you can try signing up for a hotel's reward card. FI signed up for the Total Rewards programs for all the Harrah's owned casinos like: Paris, Ballys, Rio, Harrah's, Caesars, Rio, etc. and he got free rooms left and right from Ballys and Paris.. even for weekends! It was nice since those hotels are in the middle of the Strip.

Note to self: Skip Olympic Gardens!

I'd love to go shopping but I'm not sure if we have time. I'll see if the girls can fit it in the schedule. HMM, I heard GREAT things about Mandalay's rooms.

Anj, not sure if FI is willing to sign up for another reward card. We currently have a reward card for the hilton and we're hoping to score enough points for our honeymoon. =)

Thanks for the help, ladies. I'll pass this on to my bms.

Yay I'm going to Vegas for my bachlorette this weekend with 20 girls.  My MOH (sister) got us 3 rooms at Platinum Hotel which is a non smoking and non casino gaming and it's set up like a condo with 2 beds, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen.  There will be 7 girls in each room.  It's off the strip but really close to Bally's/Paris.  I think it'll be $70.00 for each girl for both nights, but they're covering my part too.  To save some $ (or spend it on gambling depending on some girls) they're going to buy groceries so we can utilize the kitchen.

Clubs are usually $20.00 - $30.00 for cover and if you have a very large group it might be cheaper to take a taxi then multiple cabs.

All I know is that we're going to Pure, Thunder from Down Under and Trsyt. I'll tell guys more when we get back!
