"Day-of" Wedding Coordinator, services:

Before the big day I will:

* Create a vendor list
* Meet with you to discuss the details of your wedding, such as:
* Discuss your timeline and determine all details regarding the timing 
* Reserved seating for the ceremony
* Go over your musical selections
* Choreograph the bridal party's positions and roles during the wedding rehearsal. This will include practicing the processional, the ceremony, the recessional and the over all line-up.
* Visit the ceremony site with you prior to rehearsal, per request
* Be available via phone and email to answer any questions or concerns you may have

On your wedding day:

* Supervise overall facility set-up and decorations prior to your arrival
* Ensure that your personal items are displayed and distributed when necessary such as: guestbook, photos, champagne flutes, cake-cutter/knife, programs, favors, etc.
* Inform ushers and greeters of their proper roles and placement
* Act as a liaison for you and your vendors (i.e. DJ/photographer/videographer), implement the timeline and be their point-of-contact throughout the day so you two can focus on enjoying yourselves
* Distribute bouquets and corsages, assist in pinning boutonnieres, and provided the flower girl with petals
* Help manage the coordination of rings, marriage license issues, any last payment for vendors
* Position everyone during the processional and cue individuals to walk out
* Position the bridal party for introductions and coordinate with the DJ to make all announcements
* Cue and orchestrate additional vendors when necessary for ceremony and reception
* Assist your bridal party and family as needed
* Ensure that all items and gifts are returned to you and/or the proper vendors

Prices will be capped at (200 guests max.), then another price after 200 guests. 
I provide same-day responses to your emails and phone calls during business hours to any question you may have regarding your wedding. 
I also gladly provide you with professional advice or feedback to ensure you feel at ease and comforted that your vision is carried out.

By working with me, you are guaranteeing yourself a stress-free day. I will be behind the scenes making sure everything goes according to plan so that you and your soon-to-be partner can fully enjoy yourselves. 
I pride myself in providing the extra level of comfort and professionalism, no matter what your budget. I know help is needed during such an overwhelming time, such as advice on which song to play for your father/daughter dance or where to sit a family member.
