Visual Aid-place card

Hi! FI and I are thinking of skipping place card for our guests. We're thinking of doing a visual aid (board presenation) of the reception layout then on the side of it has all the guests names arrange by table numbers. Anybody know where I can get this made? I'm located in San Gabriel Valley/LA Area.

TIA

If you're comfortable using computers, maybe do the visual aid yourself using Microsoft Publisher. The program has tons of helpful templates for various types of projects and its fairly easy to use. Once you have that part done, you can save it as a PDF and have any printing company print it to your desired size and mount it on foam-core board.

If DIY is not an option, try a Graphic Designer. This is a simple project and they should be able to knock it out pretty quick.

If you want to hire a graphic designer try Guro.com. They are a web site that helps connect people with freelance designers. Post a description of your project and they respond with their price quotes. You can even check their portfolio and feedback. You put the money in a neutral bank account and it doesn't get released until the project is done to your satisfaction.

My friend used normal powerpoint and then got it printed at Kinko's and put it in a large picture frame. It was great because you can totally use the frame again when you get your pro pics!
