Vitamin D & TTC/PG

Are any of you additionally supplementing your vitamin D?  The last few days vitamin D and TTC/PG has been making the news up in Canada, due to this new analysis/study.

Shoot I have to go walk a dog, but I thought I remembered reading about D in Nutrition for a Healthy Pregnancy....ill check when I get home :-)

Life swung back the other way!  On pg 80 of my copy of the book:


Getting enough vitamin D is essential, but getting too much can be dangerous.  Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin and can accumulate in the body to potentially toxic levels with excessive intake.


It goes on to recommend no more than 400iu per day....
