Wedding Guest List Template

Hi I need some help finding a really simple easy to use wedding guest list template, which includes a spot for an address, and also places to jot down if I have sent out a STD and a Thank You card.  Any templates would be great thank you!!!!!

I'm using Excel too.  That way I can easily keep track of things, and I can export it using mail merge and automate my addresses for my envelopes in Word.

I would like to export my guestlist to an Excel spreadsheet. Is that possible on Project Wedding.com?

I made one on excel with columns on the top that went across in this list:

Party/part of the family

First Name

Last Name

Address

City

State Zip

Total in party

Date Adress was updated

STD

Invite

RSVP

Then i have totals with the autosum feature on Excel it has made things so much easie and it has helped with make things so manageable.

I used the site given above, as well as using an excel spreadsheet for our wedding planner.  I also used www.myweddingworkbook.com (it is free). :)

Jackieg site is awesome, especially if you're just begininning your serries of lists.  I just printed off the bridal party contact list and the beauty-hair worksheet, very nicely formatted and easy to print :)

I made an excel spreadsheet with full contact info (address/email/STD, etc) and placed columns for "Thank you" cards for the shower, bach party, etc. Let me know if you want me to send it your way. I also made separate tabs for Contact list (groomsmen/bms), "Rehearsal Dinner", etc. Yes, I am a nerd. :)

this one is really good. It has an address section and it automatically fills in the amount of guests etc and does the countdown as you get rsvps. has seating charts and gift checklist etc...i find it really helpful. there are a few glitches here and there but overall the best I found so far.

Good luck.
