How many of you ladies have a wedding planner or going to get one?
Right now I'm in school to become a wedding planner. I just wasnt sure how many brides really used wedding planners.
yeah i'm getting my certificate also from http://www.bridalassn.com/
i think alot of ladies need the DOC; some will need full on planner - depends on $$$ and time they have to spare
I'm doing school with IWPP qcweddingplanning.com it will take about 4-6months to finish. The price was not bad at all for it I was a little worried about it because they dont have the price on the site. I'm excited to start, I start monday...well today and can't wait!
i have a DOC....
i need a DOC.
I have a DOC. And she starts the month before my wedding.
future chase! have a great time on your first day!
i'm doing the home course - but still need to turn in video of my first event as my "final"
I have a wedding planner. She's going to be my DOC too.
I have one, she is full service, I have had her as much as I need her since the day I hired her, she will also be the DOC and have 2 assistants with her.
i'm having a DW, i would die without my planner!
I just booked our DOC, but she's starting months ahead of the wedding day. I cant wait to get started. She's Great. Thanks SandP09..lol
I have a DOC- but its actually 'the week of'
Im using www.platinumweddingsbykerrie.com shes awesome!
- HMM :)
I have one that gives me referrals and any assistance before the wedding... She will even do my final walk through without me if I am busy!!! I think it is totally worth the money I am spending to have her
I have a DOC, but she's actually kind of a MOC, b/c she's been very helpful via email throughout the time I hired her and she did my final walk through w/me last week. She is also directing my wedding rehearsal. Hiring her was the best money I've spent so far.
hiring a planner or DOC is really money well-spent - alleviates alot of stress imo
I dont plan on getting one. I really want to do it all myself. I love doing stuff like this thats why im becoming a wedding planner in NC.
i love helping plan weddings and it feels great to be trusted enought to take on the task of being the invisible fairy - but um, im so not into working on my wedding day.. i want to kick back and relax and enjoy it...
Planners save you money on your overall budget, give you peace of mind and do so much work you do not have to do. They assist with design as well as planning. My mom did all mine and wished she would have hired one. She said she wished she could have enjoyed her daughters wedding day instead of worked it. She said, in the end, it would have saved her a lot of money. Being a planner myself, now, I see what a good job she did and why it is important to have the wholesale hook ups.... Saved money, stress and time. DOC's are really worth it, full wedding planners are worth more than words...
WOW I didn't realize how many people were having a DOC/planner...I was thinking of asking a friend who does all sorts of events...hmmm, maybe I should look into one now...
