Wedding Reception Outline

Hi Girls!


I need your advice please. We're going to include a wedding reception outline in the program to keep everything in one place. We're not planning on having a menu as well. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you.

I never heard of having a reception outline in the program but I guess it can not hurst.  What about the toasts?  Also, you do not have dancing in between courses?


Edit:  I would read that and think I was not supposed to dance before dinner!

I think your outline works! I would indicate the meals though just in case, as you have with the cake.

I like your outline!!! That's almost identical to our timeline! We're doing the cake cutting at the end of the main course to help save time that way everyone is seated and we don't have to take up time trying to get people off the dance floor and to their seats. :)

Love the e-pics!


I am having the same trouble with including the outline in my programs too! the photographer and venue just say don't worry about it when the only thing I want is to find out what is going on in what order!!!  I want it in my programs damn it!  I have a similar outline so far but I would make sure with the venue/caterer the order of events to be spot on.
