Wedding Tissues/Kleenex

I've been looking for wedding themed tissue packs to put in the bathrooms at the site as well as in a basket next to the guest book. I've been able to find some for as low as $1.75 each ($1.50 each if 30 or more are purchased). Has anyone come across a better deal? I'm not too picky on the color or design, they're all pretty darn cute!

I think thats the going rate. Are they from swankie hankie? I found some really cute ones that I was thinking of making available for the ceremony since people always cry, or at least I do.

You can DIY your own little packets. I have seen photos and they're super cute too. I skipped the whole tissues thing...I figured that people would come prepared...and they did. It was one less thing I had to pay for or worry about.

Good find gerbers...under a buck, not bad! Lori, those are cute packets but I don't know if I could take on another DIY project. I might give it a shot though!

Saw this online: http://www.blue-room.com/wedding/planning_tissues.html

Idea: Maybe not buy so many to save money- the above article said many of the guests didn't use/ shared? That alone could save you money...

Also: Maybe check party stores/ wedding isles? I always see random stuff like that. Lastly, mix colors? Lets say the "wedding" tissues you purchase are black and pink (like the picture above) Try to find other ones that are cheaper "non-wedding" - solid white or a color and mix.

I also like the quote: "Tears of joy, tears of laughter, tears of happily ever after..." Thought that was cute.

Cute quote HolyMoly. We're having about 110 guests so we were thinking 30 tissue packets. There will be plenty for the older folks and family and I'm sure our younger friends won't take any.

A friend brought me the catalog. I have purchased many things from it - good prices, good selection! :)

Can't beat the price on these.  I knew Oriental Trading Company would come through.  Fifty cents per packet.

The Tissue Store also has a whole section on wedding tissues.  A little more pricey but there are 60 choices.  Some of them are a bit of a stretch as a wedding theme, but....

Also, there are these and these on Potche.com.

I was looking for tissues with maple leaves or fall leaves on them.  My husband is Canadian and our wedding is in October, so we chose a maple leaf theme.  I did find tissues with a Canadian flag on them but he thought it would be a little rude for people to blow their noses into his native flag.

One more addition: you can make a whole box of tissues here.  Those are $5 each plus shipping, but there is a link for larger orders.

I just checked the links in my first post and discovered that the first one doesn't work.  Argh!  That's the cheapest option.  Anyway, when you get to the OTC site, search for IN-70/3913.  That's the item number.
