Last week was busy and emotional here on the TTC boards.  How is everyone doing this week?

I hope the Easter Bunny was good to everyone!

@athena: I am glad too that it is a new week! :) P.S. Hope you are feeling better...?

This weekend was very busy for me....preparing and cleaning for the family to come over for Easter. Everything went well though and it was a really nice day. :) ....Hope everyone had a good weekend! :)

This cycle is just dragging on.......a few days ago FF notified me that my chart went triphasic...and I was starting to get a little hopeful because AF haden't showed up yet, my temps continued to climb and I had no bbs soreness, like I normally do a week before my expected period. Always on CD24 my temps start to decline if AF is on the way, but this month the opposite happened. Today is CD28(still AF is a no show...longest cycle thus far. Usually my cycle ranges from CD24-CD26) and this morning I had a huge temp drop, so I predict she'll be here today. I'm just ready to get the show on the road and move on to ttc cyle #2.

My body is absolutely crazy right now, second cycle off BCP.  Last cycle started wonky, then turned into a pretty explainable chart.  I think my body tried to O last week and then failed, and it's been a mix of high and low temps since my failed O.  Jumping all over.  I'm very frustrated.  Especially since we'll be travelling quite a bit, which will mess up my cycle as it is.  I'm honestly just really frustrated.  Already.  I didn't temp  or anything pre-BCP, but my cycles were really irregular and all over the place.  If I have an anovulatory cycle second cycle after BCP I'm afraid maybe I was having these problems before and just didn't know.

@ June ~ like you, I just want to get this show on the road! :-\  Yes, I'm not sick like last week.  Sorry you had a longer than usual cycle, frustrating I bet.  Your chart was really intersting with the constant rises, and I agree it looks like AF will make an appearance soon.  Did FF give you an explanation of triphasic when they notified you, or was it just a notification?  On to better things in TTC cycle #2 for you!

@athena: You are still fresh off coming off BCP and it could take longer than you expect for your body to get into a 'normal' ryththm. I can how imagine though how frustrated you feel....I have been off BCP for years now and wasn't charting back then, but I do remember my post cycles were out of wack also. My periods to this day are still irregular. Maybe some of the other girls will have some better insight for you regarding ever having an anovulatory cycle and/or their experience coming of BCP recently...I know it's easier said than done, but try and stay positive!! :) *HUG* P.S. Glad to hear you are feeling better too! FF just said that on CD24 my chart went triphasic and that could be a sign of implantation because progesterone increases your temperature after this happens around 7-10DPO. You can turn out to be pregnant and not have this kind of chart pattern or have a triphasic pattern and not be pregnant, like in my case! ;)

Hi ladies, FX for regulating for tons of BFPs this month.

I'm CD14 and so far being off BCP hasn't been to rough for me. I'm expected to get AF on April 16 so we'll see how that goes. I've decided that for now I don't want to do any temping or anything (while I'll still try to be aware of other signs and symptoms) I just think if I start that I am going to put myself into stress mode. So for now I am just going to cross my fingers and have fun.

My appointment with my OB went just fine and my prentals ave been upsetting me about half of the time. I will say my hair and nails are growing like crazy. I always heard that, but I haven't been taking them all that long and even a co-worker commented on how long my hairs gotten.

Happy Monday, ladies!

FF moved my O date from CD12 to CD14 so I am currently 4dpo and this is going to be the LONGEST 2WW EVER!

I had horrible cramping yesterday. Like as bad as my HSG and I thought I was going to throw up. They didn't last long but I have no idea what caused it. It is way too early for implantation so I know that wasn't it. Worried that maybe my body is still stressed and it won't happen this month...

I have not had an anovulatory cycle so I can't help there.

Hang in there ladies!

@ June ~ too bad triphasic wasn't a BFP for you, but it's cool to see that pattern.  FX

@ Nicole ~ if those prenatals aren't working for you, Megafood makes another good natural one with rave reviews.  I haven't noticed my hair & nails yet, but I've heard others say the same thing.  I have been having people tell me how healthy I look, but I'm not sure if it's that or the 15lb weight loss.  lol

@ Claire ~ if this isn't your cycle, then you stand a really good chance next one too :-)

Hi lovelies!! Sounds like we're all in the waiting game right now (but let's be realistic... we really are ALWAYS waiting on something -- to O or get a BFP lol). Sending happy non-stressing vibes to everyone! :)

I'm on CD26 and around 7-9 DPO. I haven't been doing any temping this month, but I got my positive OPK on CD16 so I'm guessing I O'd on CD17, so I'm just waiting for BFP!!! :) Trying to stay positive this month and pray this month is it!! (Cycle#7). I took a PG today and of course BFN lol... I always test too early... but I'm not getting my hopes down/up yet, there is still a chance!! :)

Good news - My appointment with my OB was last week and I got my test results in the mail (I have always had normal, but this is a new doctor) and everything is normal! I talked to my OB about DH and I TTC and she has no concerns (yet) even though we are on month 7. She said that since I'm healthy and DH and I are only 24 to wait the one year before starting to get tested. Lord I PRAY it doesn't come to that... but we are on cycle#7 already I guess :(

She did say the one thing I should get checked out if we don't get PG in the next couple months is my thyroid. My mom has hypothyroidism and she said I should get checked out for that every few years (last time I got checked I didn't have it... but it could change??). So I think if we don't get PG this cycle or the next, I'm going to get checked. Anyone else have thyroid issues?? What happens if you do?? I'm scared I'll have to take a pill the rest of my life like my mom :( I know it could DEF be worse if I DID have issues (at this point it's all speculation of course), but boooooo

@ Kristen ~ a co-worker had one of them (can't remember which one) UNTIL she got PG.  PG "cured" it and she has a 2.5 year old toddler and it still hasn't come back.  Her doctor did caution her at some point it may return, but so far so good.

From TCOYF and other reading it sounds like charting should give an indication of thyroid issues.  Did you see anything in your charts that would confirm that?

I'm on CD29 today, 9DPO. My temps started sliding slowly downhill but are still above the coverline. It's not over until AF shows, so I'll probably break down and test here in a few days;)

On a non-TTC related note, we had a lovely Easter spent with family and we got a shiny new water heater. Ours finally bit the dust and decided I did not need a hot (or even lukewarm) shower yesterday morning. Now I'm going to go test it out...yay for simple pleasures!

I'm on CD20, and still haven't O'd. I had some eggwhite CM a few days ago, but no temp spike. Today, however, it's eggwhite-ish again, so I'm hoping I'm just O'ing late this cycle. :) I recently started taking Vitamin C to help increase CM. I didn't really think it would make a difference, but...yep, it definitely does! LOL We also started using Preseed this cycle, so we'll see how that goes .:)

FX for lots of April BFPs!
