Weekly Weigh-In Thread for Week of 8/17

I weight on Monday mornings (helps keep me "good" over the weekend with food) and today I was down 2lbs this week.  I was thrilled!


My total weight loss since May 1st is 22lbs.  :D

i generally weigh/measure myself on monday mornings also, but today i did not because AF just popped in for her visit and i feel quite bloated.... but i did weigh myself just before the weekend and i was down  1/2 lb from last week! not much but at least it is a loss! 


what i'm mostly happy about is that i achieved my workout goals last week and plan to do the same this week!

I haven't lost in the past couple weeks, but I've lost a total of 13 pounds since I started. I'm almost halfway to my goal, so I gotta get back on the serious train. I did new exercises yesterday and I'm SORE today!

omg..thats really good..ive been forgetting to weigh myself oops!  but my clothes are fitting alot nicer and the love handles are disappearing!

I have lost one pounds this week so far still have two days left:) My weight loss since may 26th is 21 pounds

Last Feb-May (2008) I lost 12 pounds but over the past year I gained it back plus 3 more.  The only way I lose weight is by counting my calories and working out, of course, so I decided on Sat to start counting again since I have to go buy a dress soon.  So Monday I was actually 2 pounds down from Saturday yay!  But this is really my first week back on track so we'll see how it goes next Monday.

Last week I lost 4.8lbs (first week back on track).  I weigh in with weight weatchers on Saturday mornign that way I have my flex points for the weekend and all week to work it off again.

On the wii I am no longer "Overweight" but a hairline under "Normal".  hehehe =)

ok, just weighed myself ... i am @ 134 lbs and have two months to reach my goal of 120-125!  which means losing 14 lbs in two months (this is if i can reach 120 lbs!) i have 9 weeks left till my wedding so this means that i can average less than 2 lbs a week!  i know i can do this b/c i exercise 5 days a week.  my issue is not being able to control what i put in my mouth.  i love junkfood like no other!  so my goal is to not only exercise but to watch what i eat.  with all of your success stories and motivation i know i can reach my goal and just start eating healthier ... not just for the wedding but for my life.  i'll let you know on Friday where I am & will account for every Friday whether I've lossed or gained! :)

What counts as your weigh-in? Is it what you weigh first thing in the morning or at the end of the day after you've eaten? I can gain like, 5 lbs in food and water alone. lol


My morning-weight is 216, down one lb from last week.

@theprincess: i do it as soon as i wake up ... nothing in my system.  through out the day your weight fluctuates so much so it isn't truthful but first thing in the morning will be your truest weight.

Just weighed in at 153.6. Down 0.5 from last week. Not amazing, but i'm jsut glad I didn't gain over the holiday weekend!


10.5 down and 13.5 to go to goal weight!
