Weigh-Ins, week of 8/24
I was up a whopping 4 lbs. this morning :(
I think half of it was earned (had two heavy meals this weekend and did NOT pound the water like I should), and the other half was foisted upon me by mother nature (pms - sorry if TMI).
My remedies: eat lighter this week (lots of salad!), including going back to enforcing my previous no crab after lunch plan (I've gotten soft on that one...) and drink LOTS of water.
