Weight Goal

I started off at 135 lbs..eek!! I'ts not good because I'm only 5'1."  I hovered between 101-107 back in highschool and I know I'm not going to be that skinny.  I've been eating healthier and have been hittng the gym as often as I can since June.  With 9 months to go, I hope I can make it of course by doing it the healthy way!  I want to slim down, but also tone up.


 


What is your start weight?  Current weight loss?  Finally, your weight goal.


 


Starting Weight: 135 lbs


Current Weight Loss:  8 lbs


Weight Goal:  112 lbs


15 more pounds to go!  Wish me luck!

Well.. I'm currently 175, 5'8 and have 4 months to go!  Ahh!


My perfect weight would be 135, but if anything, 145 would be fine.  I want to be 145 by November, maybe even early December and then keep working and work off as much weight as I can.


I haven't been doing a very good job though.. I eat a lot healthier than I used to, but haven't really been working out.  I was working out a lot for a while, then got really sick for 2 weeks, and since then, I just haven't found my motivation again.


Help!!  30 pounds in 4 months!  Help meeee!

         Starting weight:  147 (but like a couple days ago it was about 5 pound less, so before my daily water weight... around 144-145 consistently)


         Current weight loss: 1lb  - at 146 (even during that time of month.)


         Weight Goal:  128 --my height is 5'6" 


         Size Goal:  I want to wear 4 and 6 comfortably


         current waist:  128


         goal waist:  126

A lot of people go by the BMI (body mass index)  It's based on your height and gives you a range for your ideal weight

I'm 5'1" and the BMI says that my ideal weight is from 106-132  I know personally I would never be able to get down to under 120, it's just unrealistic  The way my body is built I am meant to have some meat on my bones


Starting Weight:147


Current Weight:148


Goal Weight:130


The lowest I weighed when I was on weight watchers is 132, so we'll see if I can get there again and get a little lower.  It's gonna take a lot of determination, I know I can do it!

I can't share mine -- too shameful.  I know it's silly but I PROMISE when all is said and done I'll post my highest ever weight.  


My weight goal is 162lbs, that is the high end of the healthy weight range for my height.

Hi all!!


I'm 5'3''


Starting Weight was in October 2008: 142


Current Weight: 125


Goal Weight: 120


I'm so excited that I am where I am right now.  I've worked out my entire life and for the most part eat healthy.  This year was all about cutting back on my portions and continuing to eat balanced meals.  As you can see it worked.  I went to the tailor today to get fitted for a bridesmaid dress and my waist is 25.5"!  I started freaking out.  My final dress fitting for my gown is tomorrow.  so excited.

HI!  Here's me...


5'8; medium - athletic build


Starting & Current weight:  161  =(


Weight goal:  138-140


I hate the scale... its an evil thing!  I gave up on my goal last month.  =( 


My swim class starts again this week.  I'll kick up my good eating habits again.  We'll see if I can come close to my goal.  Wedding is 7 months away.

Total inches lost so far: 6.25!



I need to weigh in again and take my measurements but I don't want to because I know I've gained! :( Not too much though so I just need to get back on track.

Hi!


In high school I was always 110-115.  I'm 5'5" and people told me I was too thin.  SO, my goal weight is 125.  Your goal weight is where YOU are happy and comfortable at your size.


Well, I ballooned up to 189 a few years ago (I hate admitting that). . .and when my size 16 pants got snug I remember bawling about it looking in the mirror, and didn't gain another pound. 


I dropped down to 160 soon after when I met FI.  It didn't take much effort - my body didn't like the weight and just let go of it when I stopped my poor eating habits.  And for the wedding I made a concerted effort to lose weight and dropped down to 135.


I am at 132 right now, and would like to see 125 soon!
