Welcome bags for guests

I'm getting married this fall at Viansa in Sonoma, CA.

Does anyone know where i can get welcome bags filled with goodies for our guests? We're all flying in from Chicago and I'd like to find some that aren't too expensive and that can either be shipped to the hotel or a place that has local treats that I can fill myself.

Thanks!

do you have someone on that end who can help you, or that you can at least ship stuff to?  We're in the same boat...i'm shipping the gable boxes to my future in-laws, along with ribbon, letter from bride and groom, and labels for the outside...they are filling them up for us.

We are bringing some items on the plane with us (can't ship to Mexico, don't want to risk losing it in customs) and buying the rest there. We are brining beach bags and drink cups (we are designating one hotel room as the "bar") and we will get food, snacks and water from Costco the day we arrive. Since you are in US, shipping to San Fran will be your best bet then assemble when you get there (if you have time). We arrive a day before everyone else.

What is everyone putting inside the OOT bags/boxes? I am still toying with the idea of doing them...if the budget allows!

Many put area maps/ attractions/ things to do/ places to go info

Snacks

Some 'travel' items- travel size advil, etc..

I would keep it simple- its thoughtful and eases their stay...

I forgot to mention we are putting in a weekend itinerary, Los Cabos Guide (a magazine with maps, restaurants, etc) and a guest list. In addition to snacks and water we are adding gum, Advil, alka seltzer and condoms for the singles :)
