Welcome letter

I would like to put together a welcome letter/newsletter/brochure or something for our guests staying at the hotel. I'm looking for ideas of what info to put on it. I was going to put taxi info, print a map for directions to the wedding, and a schedule of events for the weekend. Is there anything else as a guest out of town you'd like to know? We already have a bunch of information on our website so I don't really want to have to print all of that out when that was the point of making the website.

I'd make a list of fantastic restaurants in the area, as well as the closest grocery store and gas stations (if they have any need to get something while they're in town for the weekend).

Here is the letter I put in our welcome bags:

Dear Family and Friends,
The waiting is finally over! Welcome to sun, sand, and
relaxation...Welcome to beautiful Key West! We are both so happy and feel very blessed to be able to have you here at our wedding. We are especially honored that you have
traveled this far to be a part of our marriage celebration.
Many years from now, when we look back at our life and this
weekend, we'll remember that being surrounded by the family and friends we hold
so dearly was the perfect beginning to our life as Husband and Wife. Each of
you are providing us with special memories that we shall treasure forever.
Included is some information to help make your trip a
wonderful experience. Enjoy the goodies included in this welcome bag. They are
just a small token of our appreciation.
Please make the most of your vacation in Key West! We hope the next few days will be
as memorable for you as it will be for us!
With Love and Appreciation

Then I printed a list of taxi companys and their numbers, I picked up city maps, and I went online before we left and found a few restaurants that were highly recommended and included.

If you already have restaurants, things to do, places to visit on your website that should be fine.

In the letter include any important people they can contact over the weekend if they have questions, ie. coordinator, so people arent calling you the day of.
