Went Back to Weight Watchers

I haven't been to a Weight Watcher meeting since October and i finally went back last night. I'm so happy that i did, i wasn't happy about the number on the scale but LIFE happens, i got all of my crappy eating out of my system and i'm back on track with points and food. I even cheated the scale a little bit last night because i had to go pee (sorry for the TMI) before i got the the meeting but i decided to say screw it and just hopped on anyways i knew it was going to be bad already so i figured whatever! But i'm so glad i went it was a reality check and now all i know is that i need to lose 50 lbs before my wedding in july and i need to lose 20+ of that by the end of next month. I have my work cut out for me but i know you ladies will keep me in check, motivated and help me along my journey!!!

Thanks @Jennifer25 I most def am going to need a virtual kick in the butt. There are no excuses for being lazy and not eating right. I don't have the time. The day is 177 days away and the lbs need to come off asap!

@Jennifer25 Its goig ok. I've been doing low carb so i mean that is totally in the plan :) I lost 1.6 this week. But the funny thing is i woke up this morning amost 5 lbs lighter then i was when i weighed in 5 hours earlier

You two inspire me, especially you Aswan.  I dream of losing 50lbs by July and would love it if I could, but I don't know how I can get 10lbs off every month from now til then.  I am having a hard time this month, and I stress REALLY HARD!!  I have been doing WW since November 1st, but I haven't incorporated the PP program yet, I'm still just doing regular points. 


What are you guys doing about the urges to eat in the evening?  That is the nature of my hunger beast.  I do sooooo perfect during the day at work, but the minute I get home from work, its like a free for all!  I need help!!

I work out after work and got rid of all the junk food in my house that is what i did. Wen i work out at night i'm not usually hungry at all and wen i am on track and hungry i feel i need to fuel my body with good food. PM me if you wanna be accountability budies i need to as well lose 50 lbs before th big day on july 30th! BTW @2011bride you are the sweetest!!!

ohhh Raquel you can do this...eating at night is my weakness and what I found help me is make sure you eat early by 6 and then for a treat I either eat a lot of fruit..(on new PP+'s that's ZERO points. Not like the old plan). And if I have a real bad itch for chocolate I stocked up on WW bar's and eat one of them which only cost me 2pts each!


I have been REALLY bad these past two weeks and don't care cause I've been celebrating my bday tomorrow! HAHAHAHA but today I actually got on my ABCoaster and did 5 sets! So I will jump back on the WW wagon full force Monday after all my partying is done this weekend! AHAHAHAHA


And girl don't hesitate to email me any time...and you can text me as well you got my # on all my emails!


You can do this...we will get you down your 50 by your big day!!!

@jenn you are such a help. it gets scary to think i only have 5 months to lose the weight but i know i can do it. I am meeting with a nutrionist on top of weight watchers and we do nightly check ins which help so much. I think i'm going to continue with her until the wedding because i HAVE to get this taken care of!

I did Weight Watchers (by myself) about 3.5 years ago.  I went from 211 lbs to 133 lbs (but did a lot of exercising, too).  In the last 1.5 years I've gained 15 lbs back.  So, on 3/6 I decided to start again on WW - this time using the online version/tools.  So far I'm down 3 lbs -- I'd like to lose 30 lb total so I'm down to about 120 lbs (I'm 5'1").  My wedding isn't until November, but I'd like to lose the 30 lbs by the end of July before any of my showers, etc start. :)

I joined WW 2 weeks ago and I have been loving it!!!! My goal is 30 lbs and I am already down 9 lbs. I love WW PP because you can eat what you want, so when I'm having a chocolate craving I can have some M&M's and I just factor it into my day.


You can totally do 50 lbs by july, we are all here for support, and don't forget to share any helpful hints!!!

You can do it. I don't know if fifty pounds of weight loss is a healthy goal. What did weight watchers say about that? I only thought we should try for a maximum of 2lbs a week. I could be wrong though. Just keep up with the check in's watch what you eat and the lbs will just shred away. As my friend told me, "Scorch that fat away girl". ;)

Weight Watchers works! I stopped going a last year and boy do I regret it. But I'm back now. :)
