What are your NWR fitness goals?
so I always see people posting these goals of "lose x lbs..." what about NWR fitness goals in the spirit of the Olympics??
Mine - wakeboard. My FI and his friends were big wakeboarders growing up. One of his lake house friends went pro so they were really serious. I am worse than bad (imagine that) at water skiing and wakeboarding... we were only allowed wind power when I was growing up with respect to boats... So my goal is build ab and arm strength so I can try wakeboarding because it always looks really fun!
