What did you change before TTC?

Just curious what people did...quit drinking coffee, changed exercise or eating habits, etc. I'm trying to ween (sp?) myself off of coffee this week starting by drinking regular mixed with 1/2 caffine...next week will be all 1/2 caffine and then hopefully in a month's time, I'll be caffine free!

I wish I had weaned myself off coffee! I've been dieing for Starbucks! I get decaf lattes so I think I fake myself a bit but they taste soooo good! Also, caffeine free Coke tastes just like regular Coke so I've been drinking that when I have to have a brown soda. Sprite and Ginger ale get old fast!

I notice now that I'm pregnant I eat way healthier than I did before. I watch my sugar intake and drink tons of water when before I just drank tons of coffee. It's amazing the will you have to eat better when it's for someone else. This is the best and worst diet all in one!

i've eased up on my caffenaited soda intake, and trying very hard to minimize stress so that i don't need to take my migraine pills as often. making sleep a priority, even though we've got 45 or so days til the wedding lol....

I've already been eating right and exercising for years, but I've been working on eliminating most caffeine from my diet (I love diet Dr. Pepper!), taking prenatal vitamins, and limiting the things we're supposed to avoid when pregnant (seafood, etc.). I'm not really a drinker (like a drink once every five months or so) so that was easy to abandon entirely.
