What did you eat today?
I have learned if I have to "check in" with people, I normally do better with keeping away from sneaking in that treat.
Today we went to breakfast, so I had a 2 egg veggie omlet. I didn't finish it. I was on the run, and rushing to work, so I grabbed a Lean Cuisian for dinner. (This isn't normal for me).
I have had 2 boiled egg whites as a snack. I know I am not that good, but I am trying to do the six small meals :(
How is everyone else doing?
