What is something small that will cause an argument?

Ladies. What ia something so small and stupid that will cause an argument or disagreement between you and FI/DH. I just realized for us it's always what is for dinner. He has been telling me for two days that fish is for dinner today. So he calls and says what is for dinner which immediately irritated me and I say fish. Then he says what is going with it and I say I don't know because I assume he already had menu planned. He saya spaghetti and there is nothing here to make spaghetti with and he gets mad. So we get off the phone because we were both about to snap at one another for something so silly. He always does that and it annoys me!

Rofl, I don't put the DVDs back in alphabetical order (okay, sometimes I don't even put them back in the cases) and I throw my clothes in a pile on the floor when I change after work. He hates that.

And for me, he's a debator. He likes to riddle things out. So when I'm venting about my hard day and how so and so wasn't doing anything all day he starts ask questions about what they are in charge of and says things like, "Well, if the phone was ringing a lot then they can't help you". And I want to choke him because I just want empathy about my hard day. So now I just talk to my massage therapist about my hard days, lol. Works better.

I started my second job again and he has been cooking. For two days now he said we were.having fish so why ask what's for dinner when you already know what it is? Ugh.

Star I am giggling inside. That is funny.

OMG Silverstar I have the same relationship only I am on your husband's side about the clothes!

FI really hates it when I start shuting down the house at 8pm and turn off practically every light. It's the only way to calm down the kids and get them to bed on time.  HOWEVER, he turns on every light and talks loud so the kids end up sleeping around 1030. Did I mention that the two younger kids are 5 and 8? MAN, it really gets to me because it's hard waking up the kids in the morning for school and it affects their grades. It may just start WW3 yet!

Oh so many things haha

DH is a complete OCD neat freak! I am an "organized slob". It has been a major adjustment for both of us. He is a bit more relaxed, I really try to be more tidy. But rather than let me do things my own way, he has the "right way" SO that just irks me.

The most ridculous arguements however, are always about him thinking I am sad, upset, or depressed. I can be reading a book and he will start talking and when I am distracted he assumes I am upset. And will not stop asking me if I am ok. Which makes me irriated. This happens at LEAST 3 times a week. I can be texting, crafting, reading, on the phone--and because I am a bit occupied and distracted, he thinks "why are you irritated!?"

He's anti social and I'm a social butterfly.  People always think he's just a big jerk becuase he pouts whenever we have company....lol.  I understand him, but it makes me mad because I always have to explain his additude.  Oh, unless his friends are there....then he's good, but if it's just my friends, he's pouting on the couch. Lol.  So our fix, is that when I'm having a girls night, we go out. Lol

Also, he's a grown man and plays COD like he's 15 years old.  He has friends on this game, and they take it so seriously it's almost laughable....and I sometimes have to remind him to spend time with me. It's quite annoying. But if I pout enough he gets it haha.

The silliest thing is the thermostat....I like it freezing cold at all times, and he likes it cold, but when he goes to turn it off I get all mad. Lol

@ Future MRS. DH and I used to play BF1942 RTR BF Vietname COD etc and we scrimmed so we both took it pretty seriously.

Then I got into World of WarCrack and let's say it was scary how much I played that game. Anyway. . .

I wish I could post what I wanted to write publicly all I will say is what we fight about has nothing to do with him nor I. At least not directly. There is only one stressor in our lives and there is nothing WE can do about it at this time. But, it does cause minor upsets and often ends with me frustrated, upset and once in a while crying.

I think one thing we have learned is that we don't get upset because nothing can be fixed that way. Maybe it is that I am blessed with a very sweet quiet and reserved man!

But, everyone has one thing I guess. For awhile we had nothing to upset us and I really miss those days.

Ahahaha. Okay. Ours is dishes.

We don't have a dishwasher, and we both work and go to school so it is really hard to keep up with doing all of the dishes. Usually I cook dinner, and then our deal is that he will do the dishes. But he never does. So unless I do everything, nothing gets done hahah.

But on the occasion that he cooks for himself, he gets all pissed off in the kitchen because nothing is clean and then I get mad because why didn't he clean them???

I can't wait to move somewhere with a dishwasher. Seriously.

Oh so many things make us snip at each other but it's always a little stupid thing and we are mad for minute and then done. So silly!

Me asking him to stop by the store on his way home from work is a biggie. I know he's tired and just wants to get home, but sometimes I forget things and he goes right by Walmart lol.

BlushingBride2013

Right now our biggest thing is this wedding! There is so much to do and I know he is a man so I can't expect him to be TOO involved, but I also don't have family here and most of my bridal party lives hours away, so I am getting to the point where I feel like it's all me. It really gets to me when I get home from work, the gym, running errands and he is home on his day off and I get home to him playing video games...ugh! It's frustrating!

Besides the wedding stuff, it's when he leaves the medicine cabinet door open!! LOL! I don't know why, but this drives me crazy! He also forgets to turn off lights sometimes :) I'm sure if he was asked this question about me, he'd have plenty to say! LOL

We have silly things that set us off. If I ask him a question more than once (because I didn't get an answer the first time) he get pissy. I laugh it off most times but it can be irritating.
