Ladies I've never done yoga...what do you think I can manage to do and would be great for the relaxation??
Elo, I'd suggest doing the slower (and more relaxing style) of Hatha Yoga. There's also Restorative Yoga - it's more for relaxation and rejuvenation. Hatha is the more meditative and slower style, which is great for beginners!
You can try the basics and the great thing is that almost every position has a variation that you can either make easier or harder for yourself, depending on what you want!
One of my fave yoga sites is Yoga Journal - tonnes of good stuff on there!
